Sending Faxes from a Web Browser

If you have a PC (Windows or Linux), Macintosh or a mobile device (Blackberry, etc.) that can access the internet, sending faxes is easy with GoldFax. Just log in to your organization's GoldFax Web Interface from Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or any other web browser.

You can select one or more recipients from your phonebook, enter To:, Subject, and Message to be included on a cover page. If you include attachments, GoldFax will automatically turn them into fax pages.

GoldFax gives you complete control and visibility into your faxing

• GoldFax can notify you when the fax has been sent or if it failed (too many busy signals or invalid fax number).
• You can see a list of faxes you have sent and their status - Pending, Sent, Failed. Just click on a fax to view it. You can also resend any fax if needed.

The GoldFax server has a fax board or modem (for local phone lines or a telephone system connection) or Fax over IP software that communicates with your VoIP telephone system gateway.
