GoldFax can route received faxes to any email Inbox or a distribution list. Users can forward the email message or save the fax attachment to a desktop or network folder.
Flexible Fax Routing Options
Based on the capabilities of your phone system and the fax modem hardware model, GoldFax can automatically route received faxes to specific users or distribution lists based on:- the called fax number

- DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service)
- DID (Direct Inward Dial)
- DTMF (Dial Tone Multi-Frequency)
- CSID (Calling Subscriber ID)

Using DID (Direct Inward Dial) fax numbers, you can give everyone a personal, confidential fax number that allows GoldFax to route faxes directly to their Inbox. DID numbers are very inexpensive virtual fax numbers (usually less than $1 per month) compared to the cost of normal telephone lines ($30 - $100 per month).With GoldFax you avoid time-wasting use of manual fax machines
