Receive Faxes in Email, Inboxes, or Network Folders
Do people in your business hang around fax machines - waiting for sales orders, signed documents, confidential papers, etc?
It's time to get modernized and save money.
GoldFax can receive faxes electronically as PDF or TIFF images into any email (Outlook, Lotus Notes, Entourage, Thuderbird, IMail, or any web email software).
GoldFax can automatically route received faxes based on the called fax number, caller-id, etc. (DNIS, DID, TSID, CSID). Using DID (Direct Inward Dial) numbers, you can give everyone a personal, confidential fax number that allows GoldFax to route faxes directly to their Inbox. DID numbers are very inexpensive virtual phone numbers (usually less than $1 per month) that route into a much smaller amount of real telephone lines.
GoldFax can save inbound faxes into any Windows folder on your network. Faxes can be saved as PDF or TIFF images (option to save as single pages). Your Document Mangement System can monitor a Fax Received folder and automatically process any fax that comes in.
Think of the money you will save - no more toner, no more paper, no more printer drums, no more filing, no more lost faxes, no more faxes to file, etc.
NO MORE printing out documents, running to the fax machine, waiting for your turn, waiting until the fax goes through, worrying about privacy, filing faxes, and searching for sent or received faxes.
